Statistics Software Features

  • Keeps track of Total Units, Lines, and Orders picked as well as Units/Hour, Lines/Hour, Orders/Hour, Mispicks-under, Mispicks-Over, Total Mispicks, Average Pick Time and Idle Time for each Picker in Real Time
  • Keeps Track of Shift Totals and Shift Averages for the above categories
  • Data is archived for One Year and can printed at any time to show picker productivity at any point throughout the year.
  • Real Time reports can be generated to show up to the minute picker statistics.

Statistics Report Features

  • Reports can be saved as HTML(.html), Portable Document Format (.pdf),Excel Spreadsheet (.xls), Rich Text Format (.rtf), and Report Document Format (.rdf).
  • Graph Y-axis can be any unit listed in the table (i.e. Total Units Picked, Units Per Hour, % Total Units Picked, Lines Per Hour...) including averages.
  • Reports can be saved and later viewed using Print Preview Screen.

 
Statistics Archive Reports

Archive Report Features

  • Reports can be saved as HTML(.html), Portable Document Format (.pdf),Excel Spreadsheet (.xls), Rich Text Format (.rtf), and Report Document Format (.rdf).
  • User can choose any dates within a year of the current date.
  • SKU Usage Report shows the frequency of picks for each SKU picked for an entire year.
  • Zone Balancing reports calculates and prints out a report of how the zones should be configured based based on historical SKU frequency data.
  • Order Reconciliation reports shows all mispicks made by pickers throughout the year by each picker. This includes mispicks-over, mispicks-under, and total mispicks.
