Because the put modules are mounted on the cart and not the pick face, the number of PICK-MAX™ modules required is independent of the number of pick faces/SKUs being serviced.

The Mobile RF Batch PicKart™ is easily adapted to existing systems and can be installed on existing carts. The system interfaces with any Host computer system and utilizes a very simple file based interface.

The Mobile RF Batch PicKart™ system provides real-time batch optimization capability which groups orders by common pick location utilizing a very efficient algorithm. This batch optimization can provide up to 70% fewer visits depending on order profiles. Because the system is light directed using the PICK-MAX™ system and is real-time controlled, accuracy and efficiency are greatly improved over paper systems.
